Development of a practical guide and training courses - The specific objective of the work package is to increase competences in the design and development of an online course (online course design, online course development) adapted to the characteristics of people with disabilities.

Development of digital video course and training courses - The specific objective of the work package is to increase efficient communication skills for the digital environment, flexibility in online communication, adapted to the characteristics of people with disabilities.

Multiplication events - Multiplication and dissemination of the project results will be achieved through several international events.

Transnational project meetings and training sessions - The specific objectives of this work package are:

• - strengthen the capacity of organisations to work transnationally and across sectors
• - to improve working group cooperation, coordination, problem solving and decision making within the project through interactions and coordination in the presence of
• - strengthening the exchange of good practice at European level in the field of e-learning
• - increasing partners' competences in the field of e-learning by training partners' staff in 3 training courses
